When the guy left (after poking around and doing nothing ), told me it's an extra $20.00 for the 'drive over.' ??? Whatever. I even tipped him like an idiot . My computer had a virus . He never did anything but tell me it was Blue Ridge Cable's wifi issues .. he was totally wrong. Owner never called back . DO NOT BOTHER. -
Compliment from Annie G Kunkletown, PAabout 10 years agoBiggest waste of $130.00 . Allan gave me wrong diagnosis ( Paid $100.00 an hour for a visit to my home. Allan said my computer was fine. turned out after taking it to Computer Pals, I had a virus . My computer was wiped clean, back to me in 2 days and works fine now . They wouldn't return my calls and I am out $130.00. Enough said.
